This is a 20-hour a week position with a flexible regular schedule. We'd like to find a dedicated individual who wants to expand their skills in a unique, collaborative environment.
The position is the first point of introduction for clients to our firm. Attention to detail and accuracy is essential to this position. The candidate must be a motivated and confident individual. Flexibility, a good attitude, and keeping calm under pressure are essential in this role. The candidate will need to be a self-starter and able to work efficiently. Prioritizing time efficiently, and consistent follow-through with tasks are important qualities to bring to this role.
Manage client expectations and the overall client/studio relationship while also managing internal creative teams to make sure all projects exceed client expectations
Manage all aspects of a project, from intake through completion
Organize client meetings and presentations; capture accurate, detailed notes and action items to share with teams
Create and manage project schedules, timelines, resources, and creative briefs
Manage project budgets, track expenses, send invoices and process payments
Provide detailed project statuses to creative team
Manage relationships and project resources with all third-party vendors
Assist client and internal teams with identifying road blocks and contributing efficient solutions
Proof-read documents and route materials
Draft new business proposals and assist on new business initiatives
Schedule, purchase and monitor principal’s travel arrangements
Maintaining principal’s calendar, schedule meetings, phone calls and speaking engagements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
Experience in account/project management or marketing experience in an agency or in-house environment is desirable
We are a Macintosh office, so familiarity with mac programs is important
Strict attention to detail and timely execution
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
Knowledge of the branding and creative development process is desirable
Excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
MS Office (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Keynote and Creative Suite CC, a plus
