Sappi Fine Paper North America is kicking off their Standard 5 Tour on February 23 in San Francisco at the Cowell Theatre in Fort Mason. The tour promotes The Standard 5: Special Effects, an educational promotion that focuses on special printing techniques. The fifth edition of The Standard also features 826 National, a non-profit organization with tutoring and writing centers in 8 chapters across the country. Each center has a unique storefront that sells imaginative products such the Pirate Supply Store in San Francisco or the The Brooklyn Superhero Supply Co.

Each stop on the tour will unite designer Kit Hinrichs with a variety of designers, artists, and organizers in conversation to talk about their involvement with The Standard 5 and 826 National.

The events have a suggested donation of $10 that will go towards 826 National and include a reception and presentation in the following cities:
